Church Planting

Ethan Fordham   -

August 18, 2013. The elders of Missio Church called 30 people to come forward. Some of you reading this might have been there, but many of you were not. It is important to remember where we come from. If you were there that morning at Missio, you have witnessed God’s faithfulness to our little church plant over the years. If you were not there that morning on August 18 of 2013, remember with us. God has been faithful over the last 8 years. The Lord has received worship in our little church for 8 years. Since August 18, 2013, we have occupied 3 buildings. Together, we have gone through Exodus, Romans, Colossians, Hebrews, Judges, and at least 28 psalms, not to mention all the short series on some topic. Many have come, and many have gone. We pray that God has used this church in each and every one of their lives. The Lord has been faithful to save. The Lord has been good to provide. The Lord has been gracious to bless. People are disicpled by the word; disciples are faithful to evangelize; more disciples are made. Friends, the Lord has done all this.

Not to us, O LORD, not to us, but to your name give glory,

for the sake of your steadfast love and your faithfulness!

Psalm 115:1

As we look forward to another church plant. As we pray, give, serve, and go, let us also remember. As we move forward, let us as a church look back. Let us remember where we came from and all the Lord has done since. Below is pastor Jordan Stinziano on the day Missio Church sent Renovation Church. Praise God as you remember and consider God’s faithfulness over the years.
