COVID-19 AT RENOVATION CHURCH

Policies & Procedures for a Safe Environment

Our Reopening Plan | Everything You Need To Know

This page will outline the policies and procedures that Renovation Church will be implementing as we prepare for each stage of reopening our weekly worship gatherings in line with federal, state, and local government guidelines and mandates. It is our desire to create a safe environment for all that attend.

As we continue to move forward, know that we are constantly praying, listening, preparing and anticipating.

We Are Praying

We're praying to seek the LORD’s wisdom and discernment in order to bring him glory. We're also praying to resist the temptation to hastily react to politics, pressure, and changing dynamics. With differing opinions on both ends of the spectrum, we want our attitudes toward each other to be gracious, patient, and kind.

We Are Listening

We're listening to God in order to stay in step with the Spirit and serve our community well. We're listening to our federal, state, and local government leaders & officials on gathering restrictions as well as local guidelines & mandates. We're listening to our partner churches to gain collective strategies and considerations we may not think of. We're listening to you in order to best serve the people of Renovation Church.

We Are Preparing

We're preparing for a safe return in accordance with CDC guidelines and recommendations and in consultation with NYS regulations for a safe & healthy environment through social distancing, group size & cleaning protocols. We've also considered our context in regard to our people and our building.

We Are Anticipating

We're anticipating potential fluctuations in service times and number of services as we plan to reopen RENOkids up to 1st grade on August 2nd. We plan to continue our Facebook Livestream indefinitely for those who are unable, unadvised, or anxious about returning. We are also constantly monitor community metrics and data on hospitalizations and infection rates and intend to follow all federal, state, and local government guidelines and mandates.
